This page is based on the repository terms template and explains the basic rules, subscription model, disclaimers, and responsibilities that apply when using the TripPup app and related public materials.

Accounts and subscriptions
- Users are responsible for their account and the accuracy of the information they provide.
- TripPup offers non-renewing weekly and monthly passes.
- Payments are processed by Apple, and TripPup does not collect card details.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
User content and prohibited conduct
- Users retain ownership of their content, while granting TripPup the limited license needed to provide the service.
- Users agree not to abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
- Illegal or harmful content and interference with security or other users are prohibited.
- TripPup and its non-user content remain the intellectual property of TravelPup / ċ¤İçĉ é.
AI guidance and disclaimer
TripPup is provided on an as-is basis. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and it is for informational assistance only. Users should independently verify important matters, especially for safety, legal, visa, transportation, medical, or financial decisions.
Liability, suspension, and changes
- TripPup may suspend or terminate access for violations of the terms.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripPup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- The terms may be updated, and the effective date will be revised when changes are made.
